    A: Complete built unit (CBU) mode unless specified.

    A: Ranges from 10-50 pieces depending on the difference category and model.

    A: OEM customization is available as per your color and logo, our R&D and graphic design team support.
  • Q: SAMPLE
    A: Support custom sample for quality approval, but sample surcharge will be requested and at your shipping cost.

    A: 30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment or by irrevocable L/C at sight if better quantity orders.
  • Q: DELIVERY TIME
    A: 45-90 days after sample approval and deposit arrival depending on order quantity and parts supply chain status when off or peak season.
  • Q: SHIPMENT MODE
    A: Full container load (FCL) by sea according to your designated forwarder. Our partner forwarder is available if request.

    A: Within 1 year after shipping date.We guarantee the products you received to be free from manufacturer defects.
