Recently, the TIGER electric pickup truck—an iconic joint development by Zhejiang Pukaao New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Hebei ZX Auto Manufacturing Co., Ltd.—successfully rolled off the production line in small batches at ZX Auto's final assembly plant. Built on the all-new 300V pure electric platform, this milestone signifies a substantial breakthrough in strategic collaboration between the two companies and injects strong momentum into the export market for new energy commercial vehicles.
The launch ceremony was vibrant and celebratory. Key representatives attending the event included Mr. Zhu Guofang, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Pukaao, Mr. Zhou Zhanquan, CEO of Hebei ZX Auto, Mr. Liu Pan, Director of Complete Vehicle Technology, Mr. Wang Chao, Project Manager, and Mr. Ding Yun, General Manager of Danyang Ruibao—one of the project’s supply chain partners.

Mr. Liu Pan elaborated on the technological edge of the 300V platform. Purpose-built for electric pickup applications, the platform features high energy density, extended driving range, and exceptional payload and towing capacity. It seamlessly combines the practical utility required in commercial transport with the environmental and economic advantages of electric propulsion.
Rigorous Testing to Ensure Reliable Performance
Project Manager Mr. Wang Chao announced that the first batch of vehicles will now enter a phase of intensive testing and validation.
“We will conduct comprehensive reliability trials simulating real-world, high-intensity, all-terrain usage, along with extreme climate simulations—covering high temperature and humidity conditions. Our goal is clear: to ensure every TIGER pickup meets the highest quality standards in preparation for mass production and market launch.”
