Pukao New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. Shines at The Belt And Road “Vine Program” Launch Event, Accelerating Its Global Expansion Strategy

On July 11, 2025, the Belt and Road "Vine Program" Series Event and Yangtze River Delta "Cloud Vine" Platform Launch Conference was successfully held at Taihu Shouzuo, South Taihu New District, Huzhou. As a rising force in China's new energy vehicle export sector, Pukao New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. was invited to attend and took center stage with a detailed presentation on its product innovations, overseas expansion strategies, and strong commitment to solving mobility challenges in developing regions.

Guided by the South Taihu New District Administrative Committee, the event aimed to foster industrial synergy and technological collaboration between Belt and Road countries and enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta. Representatives from organizations such as CSCEC Huaxia, the Zhongguancun Belt and Road Industrial Promotion Association, and international guests from Burkina Faso, Pakistan, India, and others participated.

During the enterprise exchange session, Pukao introduced its mission to address transportation challenges in developing countries, showcasing key models including pure electric pickup trucks, city logistics vehicles, and low-speed four-wheeled EVs. The company also shared its dual-mode global strategy combining CBU (Completely Built-Up) vehicle export and phased SKD/CKD local assembly partnerships, expressing a strong desire to build long-term cooperation with countries in Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

Pukao formally proposed organizing a dedicated “Vine Program” matchmaking event, aiming to connect with international distributors, investors, and public-sector partners. By leveraging the "Cloud Vine" platform's services—such as policy consulting, overseas market research, cross-border resource integration, investment facilitation, technological co-innovation, and brand internationalization—Pukao plans to build a full-chain service ecosystem for overseas expansion.

Mr. Justin, a "Vine Ambassador" from Burkina Faso, expressed great interest in Pukao’s smart mobility solutions and clean energy technologies. He noted particular attention to the company’s vehicle control systems and after-sales service capabilities and welcomed future collaboration in introducing Pukao's solutions to local markets.
